Great location, fantastic staff

Just enjoyed a two night stay. Room was spotless; staff friendly. Close to Paddington station/tube so easy access to all the sights. Would stay again and highly recommended. My daughter and I had a great nights sleep and luggage was kept safe after checkout.

Had a wonderful 7-day stay at Hotel Indigo with my 19-year old daughter. The twin room was the perfect size for us! The complimentary breakfast was delicious!!! Loved the attached restaurant Bella Italia. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were so amazing. The location was PERFECT. Right by Paddington Station

Overall a 5 star experience, based especially on the staff and general ambience. I needed to stay in London for a night before a day case procedure and the night after. I emailed ahead of time mentioning this, and asking if I could have a quiet and restful room if possible. .....

The breakfast is plentiful, the staff is friendly and attentive to your wishes. Room cleaning worked well. Five different flavors of coffee.

Perfect location for overnight near paddington. Genuinely lovely hotel. Great room service availability from adjoining restaurant. Will definitely return here again.

The room was very well equipped (Nespresso coffee machine with capsules), safe, air conditioning / heat, TV, shampoo and shower stuff available, comfortable bed, extra bed for our son

Very comfortable bed Excellent big size bed Room was lovely quiet, no noise from other rooms. Staff very friendly. Close to Paddington station. Breakfast was nice. Good teas/coffees in room. Lovely complimentary wine and chocolate!

What I liked most about the hotel was the helpfulness of the employees. When my child was not satisfied with the location of my room, they helped me immediately. In addition, it was a perfect experience for me that it had a restaurant and I could have lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel and they were delicious.
