Excellent location and great rooms
Excellent location especially when travelling from Heathrow airport. Rooms are not only comfortable but also large in size. Luxurious bathrobes, good size bathroom and coffee-maker in the room made our stay perfect! The breakfast possibility downstairs also saved time. This was our second time here and we’ll definetely come back again!

Matsy, one of the ladies at the reception helped us a lot after we discovered we didn't make the write booking. Great job also she did on our heavy over sea luggage.
Good stay here
This is a boutique hotel near Paddington Station. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. We found the hotel to be very well managed. The staff made an extra effort to get us into our room early when we were bone tired from the road. Thank you.
A Wonderful Property
This property is wonderful. We took the Heathrow Express from the airport to Paddington Station, and the hotel is an easy walk from there. The neighborhood has many small restaurants with great food and variety as well as a few sundry stores. It is also very close to the Paddington tube station which made traveling around the city easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.
Perfect Location
I went to on busy Saturday morning for quick breakfast. Perfect location for London. Great atmosphere. Open breakfast buffet was amazing. You can find real Italian coffee and classic English breakfast. Will definitely recommend this place.

We loved this hotel -- the location so close to Paddington Station made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We encountered difficulties with our reservations because I inadvertently made them through a travel agent on a spoof site and we were greatly overcharged. ...
Paddington Fun
Excellent sleep, room was inviting with local decor. Welcoming front desk. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Centrally located, minutes from Paddington Station. Easily walkable to many sights including Hyde Park, Harrods, and Natural History Museum.
Great hotel snd area
This hotel was wonderful! Came in late at night, they had upgraded us without our asking. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, wi does that opened snd let lots of light in (needed as room lighting more for ambiance. Beds comfortable, towels thick and a towel heater to warm your towels! Ernestas and Sha were the front desk employees who were so helpful. Fridge and safe in room too. Bathroom location was perfect…outside of bedroom and there was a door to close off bedroom from bathroom adding extra privacy. Loved location to Paddingyon station snd plenty of restaurants and stores with a park walkable from hotel. Perfect!
Exceeded Expectations!
I really loved my stay at the Hotel Indigo London-Paddington - the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations! The staff were so kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The bed was very comfortable, the room was the perfect size, the neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. I also really appreciated that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel. I will stay here again!
Clean hotel with a great staff
This hotel is very clean and convenient to a lot of retail and restaurants. Next door to 2 really, well stocked convenient stores. A short walk to Paddington station will get you anywhere you want to travel throughout Central London as well as more retail shopping and food choices at the station.
