Almost perfect
My daughter and I were very happy with this hotel. The location was ultra convenient, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the staff was helpful and attentive. It was almost perfect.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located near to the train from Heathrow. It was perfect for us after an overnight flight into London. The room was large enough and quite clean. The towels were some of the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel! We will definitely return.

Staff attitude is very nice and helpful Elsse was extremely cooperative and accommodating Elizabeth from reception was so professional and prompt with her work.

Location!
I checked in after 11pm and was received with a friendly and professonal receotionist. I was delighted at chocs and Prosecco in my room and free water. What a treat! Thank you. After checking out at 9am my bag was safely kept as I explored Paddington area for bfaat. A great stay.
Perfect location and excellent service
We had a great stay. The location is unbeatable, just a 2 minute walk from Paddington Station which made getting around super easy. The staff were fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. They kindly allowed me to check in early which we really appreciated. The service was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels in the area, cleaned daily and the fridge was restocked with complimentary water and soda which was a nice touch. The room had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. A special shoutout to Catalyn at reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the wifi which was quite weak especially considering the already limited mobile signal in the building. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely return!
Comfortable, lovely, convenient.
The team pleasantly accommodated my very early check in due to a red eye flight. They also accommodated my late check out. The room, while small by US standards, was stylish and comfortable and had everything I needed. I loved the math references in the stairwell. The location is terrific for travelers who want to explore London but also need to make connections to elsewhere via Paddington.
