First and foremost, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location to Paddington Station and keeping bags and places to eat is great. Clean new rooms but tight doubly so for a tall guy. The elevator is slow and janky. Not cheap but within going rate for the region

The proximity of this hotel to Paddington Station cannot be overstated. It's very convenient and easy to get to just by crossing one street. The room was nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable. The free drinks in the refrigerator were a nice bonus.

Perfect facilities: coffee, tea, cookies in the room. Iron. Great bathroom. Very good breakfast. Perfect location near Paddington Station.

Very comfortable hotel at super location transport-wise. Slightly on the expensive side for the standard, but you could say that about many good London hotels. Bella Italia restaurant on-site is where they also serve the breakfast. It's open all day, and they deliver food/drinks to the room as well.
